Refunds, returns and exchanges
Due to all items being food related, refunds/returns/exchanges aren't possible. However, should you have a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellations
Cancellations aren't accepted, please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 of your order being placed. A further message will be sent to inform you of dispatch. Our courier, Royal Mail, aims to deliver next working day.
Additional policies
Due to the nature of the ingredients, they can become disturbed during transit. If you are concerned about this, contact us and we can advise which cookie mix flavours travel best with less disturbance to the layers.
